New, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of shipment date for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may be applied before a refund is processed.
If you would like to return an unused product, you may do so for a refund less restocking fee. Any product that shows signs of use or abuse will not be accepted. Please return products in their original packaging providing additional bubble wrap and protection to ensure the product is not damaged. Returns and refunds are handled typically within 24 hours after product arrival and inspection. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship our products within one business day and some are shipped the same day. If purchased after 10 AM ET, it will most likely ship the next day since our outgoing shipments have already been picked up.
